I wish public reviews were an option decades ago. I hired Wesley Johnson to represent me in a custody battle back in 1995. My daughter was living with me on a temporary order, but my ex lied and tried to get the case moved to another county. She had her friends sign letters saying, "to the best of my knowledge the girl lives with her mom in Clark County." Mr. Johnson said that we didn't need any letters and that it was a ridiculous claim and we would win the case against her to change the venue. When we needed to serve our response to her case, he asked me to serve her the papers. His legal aide said, "I don't think they are supposed to serve her the legal papers." He responded, "why not?" She just shrugged and I served her the papers. He then told me that the venue change request was made in Clark County and I didn't need to show up for that one because he would be there and get it dismissed. The venue change did not get dismissed. I lost custody of my daughter to a drug addict for four years. After four years, I went back to court to fight for custody on grounds of risk to the child. My daughter spent four years living in a druggy environment because of his negligence. I wouldn't trust this man to snake my toilet.

I am highly disappointed in the legal services of Mr. Wesley S. Johnson from Cowlitz county. The extent of customer service received was a few TEMPLATED emails from his assistant. After explaining my speeding ticket situation ($125, 10 mph over, 1st ticket, undercover officer...) to Wesley over the phone, he said he can help if I tell him my credit card information over the phone and agree to pay $275. However, based off of the interactions with him, it didn't really seem like he was truly trying to help. Since the 15 day ticket response period was coming to a close, I was desperate and decided to use his services.

Needless to say, he lost the case and moved my ticket to deferral (an additional $150 and only 2 minutes of work to do myself online).. If I had just deferred my ticket online myself, I would have achieved the same results, saving my time and $275. It is clear that Wesley only see's his clients as walking dollar signs.. His services are a waste of money. Do not go with him; you will regret it.

Got a speeding ticket and Wesley Johnson was recommended for Cowlitz County. I live in Seattle so driving 6 hours( 3 hours there, 3 hours back ) for a court hearing was a huge inconvenience. Wesley Johnson was able to get my speeding ticket dismissed without my presence or even any evidence or testimony from me. I'm very happy with the outcome! Thank You Wesley!

Mr. Johnson was a complete life saver and helped me when I was facing a rather serious ticket. He was always professional and kept me in the loop each step of the process. It did take longer than I would have liked for the ticket to be resolved, but the delay was not on his end.

This dude is either a complete idiot or a scam artist. Guy was very adamant that he would NOT work on a speeding ticket without receiving payment which is understandable . However after sending two checks on two different occasions and still not supposedly receiving them and blaming it on the USPS, one has to wonder what really is going on! Received paperwork in the mail ok, but not the checks..Proceeds to go on some spiel over the phone about how he's been taking advantage of by other clients after just blaming the Post Office.. Funny thing is I've never heard a lawyer complain about being taking advantage of, its normally the clients who are taken for a ride!! No communication about not receiving payment, only to be told "He doesn't chase down clients" Stay away from the 2-bit better call saul wanna be you are forewarned!!

I would never recommend this guy. I spoke with his assistant three times, told my story, was asked to obtain police reports and video which I did. Finally had all data requested and if we were in his office for 60 seconds, I'd be stunned. Just said "Nope. Can't help you. Sorry." And we were done. He never even asked to see the documents he originally requested. Office was weirdly set up and looked as if it were in the midst of being either taken apart or put together.

Sadly represented, told lawyer about things he should have known and worst of all this guy smells like alcohol. Heard other lawyer's talking about him as he walked away. Stay away from this guy if you need a lawyer or any kind serious representation. Never have I seen such incompetence, I called the WA bar association to complain and make sure he was a real lawyer. Read other people's reviews and dont be fooled by the 5* reviews, they are probably fake!
