I bought the car over the telephone, the delivery drivers were great, salesman was really good to work with over the phone. I paid the price of a perfect condition car and didnt haggle the price. We'll I should have I get the car, the oil filer heat exchange is leaking, and the car needs an alignment. Pulls super hard to the right on the test drive. Called the salesman and he thought it was the slope of the road as he drove it a few times back and forth to work(as you can see from the pictures of the tires the the alignment is definitely off). When I test drove it I noticed the oil leak and the alignment issue and I talk to the salesman and we agreed on half price of the repairs. (at that point I didn't notice the tires as I was focused on the mechanical issues) A month later I'm still waiting to check for the half price of the repairs(which it still blows me away I paid perfect value according to KBB and the salesman agreed to half price
I such at dealing with salesman ) . Then I go to Subaru for an alignment and the sway bar links are broken and that's what the creaking noise was. So now I'm left with the car that I paid perfect condition Kelley Blue Book and I'm having to put $900 in tires $400 in sway bar link ends and a $120 alignment and a $260 repair on the oil filter.

So $2400 in repairs to get it to the price I paid for it.

The car is beautiful besides all the problems. Don't make the mistake I did. Take it to a dealership for an evaluation before you sign the papers. Still awaiting the check for "half" the cost of the aliment and oil leak after a month later. On the drive down a rock hit the windshield so three days after I had the car a crack appeared. Would have been nice to know on the way down a huge rock hit the window. Whomever was driving the car when the rock hit it had to be a vicious sound and should have been told to whoever was buying the car. So add the cracked windshield to my expenses of a car that was a perfect condition on Kelley Blue Book. I glued the Crack so hopefully it doesn't spread.

I never expected to pay top dollar for a car with so many issues..I really love the car besides all the problems with it.

I have contacted them about the half price offer check not being sent and still have not had a response.

I guess now my next step is to contact a lawyer about the lemon law. Not sure what that will bring but hopefully it will protect someone that made mistakes I made.

Marvin was amazing to work with, he is open, honest and upfront. He builds a great foundation and connection with customers old and new and doesn’t do the typical sales man push. He is respectful and gives you plenty of time to make a decision. This was the first car dealership that didn’t overwhelm me or try to force me to buy anything. Had a great experience with Marvin & Pancho. Only been a day but no issues. Got fair value for my trade in. There were more issues with my old vehicle than I thought so my purchase ended up costing a bit more than I expected but that was my fault, not theirs. Fantastic experience! Found a car i liked on their website and emailed for more information. Marvin was quick to respond and answered all my questions. Pancho had it all ready to go for a test drive right as i pulled in. Once i knew what i wanted, they handled everything including financing and sorting out insurance.
