Went to see if they could do a tune-up on my carpet cleaning machine. A worker came out to look at what was going on. He told me it looked like I needed to change my air filter. We went back in and ordered a new one. It came in a few days later. I installed the new one, and it took care of the problem, saving me potentially $100's. Thanks for being honest and helping me out.
