2 years ago I met with Daniela at the Madison store. I brought in a box with diamonds from my mother, my grandmothers and other cherished relatives. I explained that I wanted a beautiful piece for my daughter and a piece for myself. We discussed my daughter’s piece first and decided on an elegant, simple design that was absolutely perfect. Then we moved on to my design, she draws up a beautiful design for a pendant. When I picked up the pieces, I was blown away with how beautiful and stunning both pieces were. She took the time to listen to how meaningful these pieces were to me and designed something I couldn’t have even dreamed of.
Since then, I’ve bought some gorgeous diamond studs and a stunning tennis bracelet. All of the staff is extremely knowledgeable and very attentive.
