Terrible customer service. They have been telling me for over a month that my old trash bins would be picked up and never do. I got fined from my HOA because they told me they would be picking them up but don’t. Anytime i reach out, it’s “they will be picked up the following Thursday” and that’s after I email 5 times. I have nowhere to store these extra cans. Good luck getting any help from them. After reviewing other reviews, this seems like an ongoing issue.

Called about dropping off trash because the dumpster was going to be over $500 they said no problem. My husband was driving a U-Haul and I followed with our kids in a separate car. Before leaving we called to verify we would be able to help him. They said yes I would just park and walk with the kids to him. We sat in line for 40 mins, parked, and then they tell me that I can't bring the kids to help. So my husband is doing everything himself and we wasted almost an hour in the car. 🙃

Great service! I like to use the app for reminders, alerts, and to search how to properly discard different kinds of waste. I have not had an issue with them until just recently, when garbage pickup on my entire street was skipped one week without notice. I would not recommend e-mailing customer service, call instead.

Worst service ever. They have not picked up my recycling that I pay for every month multiple times now. I have pictures of what’s inside and clearly shows everything is recyclable materials. I can’t be the only one. There are no other options so they don’t care about their customers at all. It’s a monopoly and should be illegal. I hope they get shut down.

It’s been a Manhattan project just to get a couple of recycling bins replaced at my work.
Online forms were ignored after multiple attempts.
I tried a live chat and they said someone would pick up next week, that never happened and they never informed us that the driver wanted to reschedule 2 weeks later. I had to find this information out by contacting them on my own. 2 weeks pass for the rescheduling and no one showed up to replace the bins. We just gave up the attempts from our time and energy being wasted.
