I had the best experience with Meghan from Warshaw capital. From beginning to end it was a seamless process and I loved how Meghan broke everything down to you so it would be easy to understand. I’ve heard the mortgage process is so stressful but Meghan made it so easy and stress free. She is amazing at her job and I highly recommend her especially if you are nervous to start the process. She is great at answering all questions and will fight to get you approved in no time. She always answered in a timely manner and made you feel so comfortable. I can’t recommend Warcap and Tim Callow enough! I have been so incredibly lucky to work with Tim in my first home purchase. He accepted my frantic questions like a patient champion, giving me confidence that working with him was the right move. He accepted calls and texts and would respond quickly and effectively. Tim also was able to get me a great rate in this difficult market. Finally, he was able to get me pre-approvals multiple times as the market calls for now. PLEASE if you are looking for a broker, call WarCap and specifically ask for Tim Callow!

Sam was great! He was very easy to work with and always promptly replied to all of my questions regarding our mortgage loan. He had the fastest response time of anyone involved in our house purchase. Sam Sapek was our loan officer and what an incredible human being He is. He moved mountains for us. His level of professionalism, attention to detail, expertise, and determination is what he brought to thi experience as first time home buyers for us. There were times Sam hd to tell us things we didn't want hear but his calm approach to a very unique and tough situation is what kept us calm nd just as level headed as he us. He is an asset to Warshaw Capital and should be looked considered for either a higher position in the company or at the least an increase in pay.
