I can sympathize with you Andrea. I bought a new home from them and it was the worst experience. I literally have PTSD from it. They seem like they will stand behind the product they are selling and keep their word and the person that set up my home does not care how he sets it up. And the owners son kept making excuses for him. It eventually got to where i was being told i would receive a call back. I have uploaded some messages and pics but a lot I went ahead and did myself because it was obvious they didnt really care even thou they act like they do. I had to get my own front door replaced because it was bowed and installed wrong and came home one day and the lock was turning but wouldnt open. Trust me go somwhere else..saving a little money not going somewhere else is not worth it. They seem like nice people but they do not stand behind their product and I feel after I signed the paper and the home was delivered it was down hill from there. This home should have been sold as a used home not new. Didnt even have the professionalism to use one piece of wood where the home connects. Trim just falls off the wall when you walking thru the house. Didnt put complete base in vanity or under kitchen sink. Didnt do shelves in closet and didnt leave shelves. All.doors are hung crooked. I could go on. I pray no one goes through what i did.

In my 20 years of real estate experience I have never dealt with a more professional group of individuals. Kevin and Chad took their time to show me all available options and fully explained how the process would work. The service after the sell was exceptional. I wish every person that I purchased something from was as helpful as Warrior Homes. If I could have given them 10 stars I would have.

The worst investment experience we have experience in our lives. This home buying experience was bad from start to finish. The way we were treated as if our money didn't matter or if we were the bottom of the barrel. Our issues were lack of knowledge about the city requirements from the inspector. We don't have an issue with the city or inspector. It's wirh Warrior Home lack of knowledge. As they told us we were not in the city limits. Total chaotic, and time-money. The home is a 2024 , and had and still have issues. The issues were the shower, trim, walls, imperfection on the walls, toilet covers crack, cabinets coming apart, humps in the floors other issues. All these issues on something you have to make monthly payments on. A home that I still have issues with, and have to go to through the manufacturer. Also they didn't clean our home.
Pure unacceptable but entertaining to this company because they talked about with people in town

This unprofessional company gave our phone number to the mover of our home , and can you believe that he has called us twice with the last call being at 7:41pm. What company does this we signed a contract with Warriors Home not the movers.
Tacky, uncouth, and pure unprofessional.
We been waiting on this response. Because that's the only time this company will respond when someone write a negative comment they don't like that !!!!!

Buyer beware . Do your research when buying a manufactured home from anywhere. This game playing not taking any accountability. Making it look good on black and white to the people on goggle. We did not lie you may derogatory statements about me. Speaking of mover I have to worry about my home sinking because of the comments your unprofessional mover made. I understand you have to make a comment to show these people you are a good professional man. ( I digress )We have the emails going back and forth and 98 pictures. You will be surprised who came in this home , and look at it with disgust. So some people know we were not lying. Good luck to you ,and your business endeavors. I pray that you don't do this to anyone else. To the people that have reached out to me this morning. I always want to be transparent . I really have not been really detailed about this company as I wish to be. I want to make sure that people know that the lady at Clayton Home ( I will not call her name) has been phenomenal in taking care of us,and making sure the issue were and are being address. The contractors that they sent to fix the major issues were professional, knowledgeable, and cared about our issues. Our gripe is with Warrior Home.A brand new home with issues.
