I went for my new patient exam and was blown away by the friendliness and professionalism that the women who I saw provided. They took so many images and took the time to explain it all. 100% superior service. Facility is always spotless, staff is well groomed and professional. The equipment is clean and the latest technology. Recently I called to rescheduled an appointment. They were super understanding. They called me back the next day to see how I was feeling and said hey come on in. Let’s have a look at it if we can go ahead with treatment we will and if not, you can keep the scheduled appointment. Sure enough they were able to do treatment that day. They were super caring and gentle.
In the past, my teenage son made an offhanded comment about having random jaw pain, but said it didn’t bother him often and wanted to just ignore it. The staff wasn’t willing to let it go. They were willing eat the cost of x-rays if insurance wouldn’t pay for it. They found a benign tumor in his jaw. The next visit, the staff asked if he was OK he seemed to be talkative as usual. Turns out his grandfather had passed away a few days before and he hadn’t told them. They are very in-tune with their patients. We love them.
