Was unloaded here lots of times. Never spent here more then 1.5 hrs in total. Great and friendly people work here. Can unload you earlier then appointment if they are not busy, but call and ask first, and cherry on a cake is their loading/unloading dock. It is heated, and even when snow around, its wet and usable. One of the best companies I ever droped a load at.

From what I had to go through I hope nobody else does. This place has grown over the years and I tip my hat to owners and all the longtime dedicated associates who have been with this company for years. I felt this was a place I was gonna fit in very well and have a chance to grow with but had some huge bumps when trying to get trained. Having anxiety and depression issues while having a person who’s training you pretty much try to get you to quit and doesn’t even want to train you or even work with you. You keep learning more and getting better at what you’re learning but the trainer just keeps trying to poke the bear. It’s more that they’ve got more seniority than you and even trying to give your side of things doesn’t put you in a good spot at learning when the other associate doesn’t really wanna train you or work with you at all. You come to work earlier than many others to get a decent parking spot and are ready to take on the daily challenges. I had the pleasure knowing that I had the right mind set coming in from others around my area but just wish that I could have had a better chance possibly even at other positions available. I understand that Washington state is a at will state but can’t help feel discriminated and target but didn’t get that right opportunity but I’m not the person who got to make that decision. From what I’ve learned from others is you’ll most likely will be stuck at your position and not get many chances to move to other positions or moving up. They have a very high safety team and big Human Resources group able to help you with monthly Barbecues and even a gym. If you ever have any questions don’t be afraid to ask. If you have skills relating to a position you’re considering this might a be place for you. I wish anyone the best of luck who has a opportunity at this place and to have a better one than I had and still don’t understand what I did wrong even with out a proper explanation .

Happy to be out is all I can say:) The review is kind of relative. Simply speaking wagstaf is not what it used to be. Company used to be truly family owned. After the One who established it passed away kiddos washed their hands and delegated ownership to money people. Since that talent started losing value there, which is normal once money people take over. Gap between management and people on the floor became huge. No trust whatsoever. Most known department for that is QA. Management only care about how they look for the guy above them. No support for the guy below. Again everything is strictly money driven. Last year I truly struggled there as I used to be able to trust my managers. Many good leaders and talented people either left or got let go for the reasons mentioned above. Bye bye waggy:) at some point in time it was truly a jewel in terms of employment in Spokane:)
