Have tried calling into this business for over 3 days to put in an order of vehicles. Have spoken to an operator once, dialed every extension possible, and yet have been able to speak to anyone. Will be taking my business else where. Please consider your time before reaching out to this business.

I was there 2/21/24 as truck driver after I got loaded I asked one of the worker if I can use bathroom to wash my hands and he said ask the boss(manager) and the guy (long hair 30 yrs old fat guy) ddnt even look my face and said nope , if that how you treat your customer keep it up good job ,

This company makes Taylor-Dunn vehicles which are horribly designed and are not ergonomic at all. If you have to spend any amount of time on taylor dunn equipment you will find yourself going to the doctor for back and foot problems which the costs of will be passed onto the employer as work comp.

Very poor management here! got terminated for calling off one day for having the stomach flu while having a doctors note ! By far the worst business for anyone who is trying to work for a reliable hard working company, talked to other employees and management seems to pick off workers for the simplest things and fire them on the spot. suriously question how this place is still in business with scavengers looking for any way to move up on the company ? wish I could give this place no stars

every time I have to call this place no one answers, and when i order stuff it never comes on time. I wonder how this place stays in business with such poor practices. Javier in shipping seems he could care less about getting orders out. Good luck Taylor Dunn.
