This was the designated shipping point for military. The facility itself was clean and in good condition. The people there were the best though. They expertly answered my questions in regards to shipping my vehicle. They were thorough during the inspections to make sure everything was accounted for. Rest assured if you have to ship your vehicle and go through VPX Anchorage. Veronica was very helpful!

The woman working the front desk and the man doing the car inspections (unfortunately don't remember their names) were great. They were both nice and very helpful. The "manager" however was rude. Not to me personally, but to her employees. Inspector wanted to double check something with her and she scolded him for asking. Loud enough for myself and husband in the waiting room to hear. Wish I knew the managers name but she doesn't seem like a pleasant woman to work for if you can't even ask a question to her.

Picked up our vehicle here after it was shipped from California. The staff was more than helpful when we picked up our car. First, my battery was dead. They gave us a jump not once but twice. Then, my gas tank was on E when arriving, they supplied us just enough for me to fill up at a nearby gas station. We are very happy with our visit and the service we received!

Received last minute Orders and would have been in a bind if Donna didn’t go above and beyond in finding a time I could come in at an earlier date than what the website could allow! Trinity was also helpful and quick with the turn-in process!

I highly encourage the use of Fast Pass. Though, the website can get finicky. I’ve had to refresh the site several times and clicked in and out of the available dates to get through.

The staff were very kind and friendly. They allowed me to change my wheels to my winter set and made sure that my tires pumped with enough air to safely drive in the snow and ice.

We tried being understanding and amicable to facilitate the process of exporting our vehicle at our appointment, but from the minute we showed up (15 minutes early), we were rudely and reluctantly acknowledged by the lady at the main front desk. As we continued with the paperwork, things came up that kept seeming to inconvenience the lady; at her own job. No amount of politeness seemed to be enough, as she did not stop being crass for a second. This seems to be a recurring issue for over a year according to other reviews, leading me to wonder why there’s been no change. This needs to be looked into and fixed if they strive to run a business with professional customer service, let alone one that is the primary dealer with military vehicle imports and exports.

This was the first time that I have shipped a vehicle before and these guys made it extremely easy. These guys are absolutely amazing. The staff were very nice and helpful. Probably some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I honestly went into this not knowing what to really expect, but I can say that this whole experience was completely painless and seamless. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I would give these guys 10 stars if I could.

Great experience with the VPC and the staff. Mr. Ayers was most especially helpful. I had a delay in my arrival date to Alaska and he was very accommodating via email to ensure my vehicle was taken care of until I arrived. When I finally arrived, he and his team got my vehicle and the paperwork squared away to get me and my car on our way. Thank you all for the help!
