I have been going to Vivia Center for years. The technicians have always been very friendly to me and extremely helpful. They have even made me laugh during laser hair removal, not an easy task! I love that after treatments I do not walk into a crowded parking lot but can easily slip into my car and drive away, no worries of running into someone.

I have my Botox maintenance appointments at Vivia a few times per year to prevent wrinkles in my forehead and it works! I age “naturally” or so others think 😉 and am recently mistaken for being about 10 years younger than I am - thank you Vivia! I have never had much of an upper lip so, I had them “pump it up” a little and it looks so natural! I love it!!!

I have never been anything but completely satisfied with my services from the technicians or the Dr. at Vivia Center!

Update: I was shaving during COVID when it occurred to me... why? Why am I doing this? I called and got a apt when they re-opened. I was nervous about the pain and it was painless! I am actually excited for my next treatment.

Came here for the first time getting lip filler and had such a great experience! The front desk receptionist/consultant, Vianca, was so professional and helpful. She was super nice and was very knowledgeable. The injector, Dawn, also did a fabulous job and made me feel at ease during the procedure. The results came out very natural, just as I asked for. Very clean location and takes the covid virus seriously, so no need to worry. I will 100% be coming back to this location for other procedures in the future. 10/10 recommend!

I HAVE BEEN TO VIVIA FOR HAIR REMOVAL for past 16 month and I have had great experience with them. The packages and their offers are reasonable and they go the extra mile to make sure your are happy with the result. Farah was my technician for laser hair removal. She is very friendly and experienced in what she does. She makes you feel very comfortable with the hair removal session. I have used them for my facial and legs the results have been amazing with no signs of it on my skin. I would recommend this place to anybody who wants laser hair removal.

I read all these bad comments and I know that every skin reacts differently. My experience with Vivia was good. I have no complains. I called to make an appointment before I purchase Groupon and I asked if I can pay the groupon's price at the clinic which I prefer to do. They said yes. The staff was very very nice and we had a little chat and new products and treatments. I had to do more than 20 units and paid the regular price. The doctor was nice too and friendly. I don't have any negative comment about the clinic or the staff. I went there in Nov 2015 and my botox is still good.

Vivia Center is the best place in the area, bar none. The entire staff are friendly and caring. The doctors work is incredible, and truly artistic. The prices are great too. There is a reason I've come back to this place for several years - they are worth it and do a great job. I've trusted them to prepare me (cosmetically) for business video shoots and public speaking engagements. I will go out of my way to continue to see Dr. Feisse.
