Absolutely the best experience! The equipment was in perfect condition, and working with Diego and Haley for set up and tear down couldn’t have been better. From the initial bid to handling several changes, their communication was outstanding throughout. They were seriously the nicest people to work with and helped make our event a huge success. I recently produced a concert from start (booking talent) to finish (dropping band off at the airport), and I had no idea what I was doing. I was given the contact info to VIP as a suggestion for production needs. I don't know how I got so lucky! They were helpful in so many ways, using their experience (even outside of their scope of business) to suggest solutions to challenges that came up. They were very transparent with pricing, communicative even though they were insanely busy with other shows and our show's ever changing nature, and just downright professional. The VIP crew (led by Triston) did a fantastic job at our two day music event last weekend. They worked outside in the cold and rain and never complained. The staging and audio were excellent and the bands praised the sound quality. I have worked with VIP on music festivals in the past and it has always been a positive experience.

Awesome experience with VIP yesterday. I had a stage light that needed a new bulb, but had no idea on what type of bulb it needed. The burned out bulb was not in the unit so I had nothing to reference. No model number, no manual, nothing! The techs at VIP jumped all over it and were able to find the right bulb and recommended the right fuses for the unit also. I’m sure that this was an extremely small job for them to handle, but their level of customer service was excellent!! I have no doubt that they would provide that same level of attention to much bigger projects.

After two bad experiences with two other contractors we hired VIP production Northwest to install a sound system in our event center. Everything from the first call all the way through completion of the project was perfect. On time, on budget, sounds great and is a very simple system to use. Exactly what we wanted! Now were hiring VIP to install outdoor LED systems on the same building. We wasted time and money with the other companies. I highly recommend these guys.
