I purchased a new Lexus AVX 189 and, after 20 years of tournament bass fishing and 30 years of boat ownership, I can confidently say this has been the most disappointing experience I've ever encountered.

The dealership installed all of my electronics incorrectly—LiveScope never worked, side imaging turns off at the slightest wave impact, and the transducer was mounted improperly and has never functioned correctly. Additionally, the USB ports on the boat were non-operational from the start.

After just one year, the carpet is already coming loose, trailer bolts have sheared off, and the trailer itself has broken in half not once but twice. The motor's trim failed in the rain, forcing me to rewire everything myself. The bilge pump was factory sealed, rendering it unable to pump water, which nearly resulted in losing the boat.

These numerous issues have forced us to cancel almost all of our fishing tournaments and family vacations. Fortunately, unlike others, my hull hasn't cracked—yet. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to Vexus, I have received no response to address these concerns.

I would like to say Vexus boat service is second to none! I had a problem with my boat and Tim at Vexus called me, emailed me and addressed my problem within a few short hours. He shipped what I needed next day. I was able to install the part and be ready for my upcoming tournament where I boat captain a High School Team!

The boat is great but after once on the water the front u bolt was loose and called them nobody wants to fix it or call me back. so boat is great customer service sucks. Then have paint issues that I talked with the marine about the day I picked it up and found out other vexus boats have the same issue and nobody wants to help. Disabled veteran and saved for this boat and get treated like a nobody once they get your money. DO NOT BUY VEXUS

I own a 2022 Vexus AVX1880: Outstanding boats, great customer service before, during and after the sale. If you have questions, they are very responsive and a pleasure to work with. My Vexus Rep, Mr. Kris Schneider is outstanding, very available, very helpful and very knowledgeable.

This place can't afford to pay aluminum welders even $20 hr unless you are in a lead position for years. Fast food pays a simular wage. Consequently they go through tons of decent welders but only the people who have no options stay for any length of time. It also means that many of them have brug problems. The "line leaders" are definitely junkies and when I leaft they were still making major mistakes like welding the transum in the ring way. If you want a high dollar piece of junk built by junkies and managed by idiots then shop here.
If you buy one you are buying the label and care more about image than practicality. It's like owning a truck too big for your income. You do it to impress people.

Purchased a 2021 DVX 22 and couldn't be happier. Have had some minor issues which is typical with boat ownership but the company and customer service as been nothing but exceptional when I contact them for support.

a Vexus VX 21 we are waiting on the arrival! I firmly believe Vexus has exceeded the standards any serious fisherman is wanting to get the best bang for their buck with the top of the line technology! I highly recommend Venus boats and Malone Marine!

Stopped by for a tour today and to get a few questions answered on my AVX1980. The tour was perfect. Informative and all the questions got answered. Talked to people on the line building the boats also. After the tour a service guy came out to my boat to talk to me. All my questions got answered and they pulled my boat into the shop and fixed a few issues. Vexus truly is a company with the best customer support and high quality boats. If you're looking for a boat, take the tour and see for yourself.
