Wonderful experience. Staff meeting as very professional and friendly the office was very clean. Dr Leshem was great with our 18 months old Mastiff talked to us about our options from e ACL tear did not recommend surgery at this time gave us less invasive disease such as therapy first. Very refreshing to find a surgeon recommending something other than surgery. Great experience and we will be bringing our other Mastiff to him as well.

Do not recommend. Very nice space paid for by euthanasia and/or shaming into litany of tests. I believe 2 out of the 4 people who I dealt with there are legit concerned. But the focus is push tests at whatever cost and follow up with immediate euthanasia. Additionally William bless is still with us in improved condition nearly two golden months later, Chinese herbal supplement for the chest and CBD tincture. Purrs. Eats. Snuggles. Jumps up on bed. Patrols the Christmas tree. He is the archetypal cat with 9 lives. Albeit he's used a few in youthful adventure. When the time comes he wants to let go of this mortal coil, we'll know. Listen to the pet's family. We understand quality of life and the true priceless value of it.

This was our 1st time to the Canton Emergency Center. The staff was great and Dr. Dan was absolutely top notch! Although our visit was a sad one knowing we were most likely going to have to say good by to one our our boys, Dr. Dan sat with us and went over every option possible. He spent the time to listen to us and never once pushed us for extensive testing. You could tell how much he actually cared and waked us through ever step of the process making us feel as comfortable as possible.

Every time I have gone to the Veterinary Emergency Center, we have been treated so well. They are kind, compassionate and make us feel taken care of. Our last visit, the staff went above to make sure my pet's health was better. I will always go there when my pet needs urgent care.

Having pets and being a pet professional, I'm unfortunately accustomed to the veterinary ER experience. I've had from good and very bad, but VEC is by far the best.
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with this hospital. The office staff, techs, and Dr's were all truly fantastic. Dr Dan and Dr Lesham went above and beyond. The level of communication and care exceeded my expectations.
Not only did they save one goofy little Labrador, but they worked with me while I navigated the finances to do so and provided amazing and thorough care to my dog throughout the process.

Should I ever need this kind of service, I know I will choose here first.

When the Vet and assistants gave attention to my cat, it was clear they cared. He's usually a bit shy with strangers, yet took to them without hesitation. I saw them give the same caring attention to others during my stay.

I arrived early in the day with a relatively non-Emergency (compared to others). As an emergency center, this establishment practices triage; That is, the conditions with the greatest immediate medical need come first. So I sat there for hours patiently as I knew they had emergency surgeries they were working on.

Throughout the afternoon, I witnessed that the veterinary team cared about their patients, their patients' "owners", and details of operations that tend to get overlooked in other establishments on a busy afternoon, such as secondary hygiene duties (mopping spots of blood etc).

Thank you

Thank you so much for taking care of Lou with such urgency, quickly assessing Lou's symptoms and providing his test results and diagnosis within 20 minutes. Lou was so happy to see the vet he started walking again almost immediately!

I am overjoyed to have my boy back and say he is as chipper as ever! From quickly progressing lethargy to suddenly not being able to use his back legs within a 36 hour time span, I was ready for the worst, but as it turns out he had two tick borne diseases (of course, Lyme).

Thank you again for all your help. Lou has a long life to live! <3 (And, for reference for others in such a scary situation, as a walk-in emergency, it was a relatively affordable visit + meds.)
