Just had THE BEST experience with Tanya and adding a new line to an existing account. She was professional, personable, and knowledgeable with all of the tedious details and set-up. She took the time to explain charges, fees, and any additional costs we'd see on the newest bill. Thank you, Russell Cellular and Verizon! Not even greeted, got snapped at by the manager that “she’s in training” with a tone of don’t talk to her when we went up to the counter where an employee was sitting. We ended up leaving after a while of waiting (what store has basically 1 person working?), no comment on that either. Worst service

I have been a customer since the store opened. Anytime I go into the store I'm greeted with smiling and friendly staff. I have had to make a couple of insurance claims and each time Natalie made sure it was a smooth process. The store always has the device I'm looking for. The attention given to customers and their needs is amazing. You definitely don't get that kind of hometown service in a bigger store/community.

I had to replace my old phone and of course going to Russell cellular is always a very positive experience. The associate that dealt with me to begin with was Ashley. She was so informative and was more than happy to answer all my questions. Once my phone came in after ordering it, I picked it up and it had to be programmed. For some reason it wasn't loading my WI fi but again the associate that walked me through everything was wonderful. I can't thank Russell cellular for their professionalism, caring, understanding, and patience. We've been customers since 2014 and we've been with Verizon a long time. Thanks to your service and all that you do, I am always referring people.. we love you guys very much..

I don't even live in Benson anymore, and I will travel 40+ miles just to be greeted by such fantastic people. They are home town proud, and very great to work with. If you have any issues they can help. If they cannot help you, they will find someone that can. They are great about keeping business local and supporting local businesses! Their manager Natalie is a pleasure to work with and I am a lifelong customer! Thank you for all you guys do! Keep up the great work!

We have a Verizon business account and we wouldn't go anywhere else for our cell phone needs. For years we went to Tucson and everytime we went to a Verizon store we would leave and our account was messed up but since we have only been doing business in Benson at Russell Cellular we have never had any problems at all. Natalie (the manager) is extremely helpful and always gives very good customer service. While I have been in there I have witnessed many older people who come in that she spends a lot of time explaining how to use their phones. She goes above and beyond in helping them and she has done this with my parents many times s too. As a business owner I understand the value of customer service and this business truly exemplifies the term customer service.
Update - this is still true and we wouldn’t go anywhere else for our business or personal phones. Still getting great service!

I went in to Russell Verizon inquiring about Verizon phones and services I met a very helpful girl and she helped me out by giving me all the information I needed and she also Offered me a deal on a tablet the deal was $1 for a tablet and then I would pay $20 for the service each month for X amount of months but I wasn't sure about it and she said "well it's only for this weekend but we don't have any in stock, so I can still order you one until the end of the month." I called a few days later and spoke to someone and told them I was interesting in the tablet for dollar and she told me that the special was over So I said that I spoke with someone and she said that there were none in stock but that I could order one until the end of the month, but this person I spoke to in phatically said no I could not order a tablet. We bickered back-and-forth for a few minutes. I was offered something and I wasn't getting it and it was upsetting me. I became frustrated and this was frustrating the other person on the phone. Before the call was over I found out that the person on the phone was the manager. Now in all fairness to this person on the phone I said some things such as I would not be going into that store and I would be doing my business directly with Verizon. So a week later I go in to get help for the phone that I bought through Verizon I needed help to set up. The manager said oh I remember you. The manager told me that she would not help me set it up for free that she would charge me and that she would charge me for anything that I needed and she even included "when your phone breaks I will charge you to do the insurance claim on it". Now I understand having to charge, especially if I didn't buy it there, but the way she put everything she was very nasty, she was just basically snotty. I packed my phone up and I headed out the door and as I reached the door she says across the store have a nice day. It's not the words that she said it was how she said it she was very Nasty. Now people get frustrated with one another, people say things that they probably shouldn't say, but people get over it and move on. But this woman being a business woman and a manager couldn't let go of a conversation that got out of hand on the phone a week prior to me going in there. I don't think that's very business like of her. I don't think that she cared about the product she was representing. I did speak to Verizon about the entire ordeal, I even told them that she was not entirely to blame, that she was reacting to my frustration but Verizon did agree that as a business manager this woman should never of made me feel the way she did and the formal complaint was listed as "being bullied" when I went into the store. This is the only store in Benson and this woman all but said I could not do business in her store, so I guess I will have to go out of town for any help. I hope someone like the manager or her district manager reads this and address her attitude. Doesn't matter that you are the manager you have no right to bully anyone.
