Very frustrating experience with these guys. Changed appointment on me twice by just sending email and changing the date and time without even checking with me to see if I am available. They indicated that their van broke down. Stuff happens but this is not the way to treat customers changing appointments unilaterally. I had scheduled service another time before, another bad experience that they said they can’t come because I had a small part missing on my brake which they said they don’t carry. Their scheduler scheduled service person even when I told them I am missing parts. Good thing I talked to him before he came to cancel. So this is not just a one time occurrence.

Office does not even bother to call. Poor customer service.

The installation service was amazing. Eric confirmed before coming, then showed up on time. He was extremely professional, and installed the bike in his mobile workshop. After that, he explained the workings of my new bike, performed his own tests, and encouraged me to take a test ride. He was helpful in answering questions about the bike even after the installation appointment. I highly recommend - 5 stars!
