they were very friendly and did a really professional job. I was able to get in and out of there quickly. I was driving from Spokane to Seattle and they got me in and out quickly the staff was very friendly and competint with the job. I didn't even have to get out of the car have to get out of my car. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. they also checked other fluids and replaced my air filter. great place!

Julianne was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable. She was also very informative and helped me decide to get the recommended services when I just came in for an oil change. Whatever you're paying her, she deserves a raise. I didn't personally interact with Angel and Cammon, but their professionalism was evident. The while team seemed like they got along and worked together well. Great atmosphere!

In the last almost 10 years I been coming In here with multiple different vehicles and never ran into this problem. I come in to get my oil changed and they tried to pull the "charge for premium air" and bullshit me to getting more money out of me, until they found out I am a diesel mechanic for semis.. It's ridiculous that male dominated fields still try to screw with women, when some of us know what we're talking about or know when men are trying to treat us like were stupid. It's sad that they tried to charge me for outrageous things until they knew I was a women of knowledge. These younger "boys" need to learn their place and know not to blow smoke up others asses Just because of gender. Hopefully they learned today. I will come back, but get over the fact that sometimes women know what they're talking about.

Always took my Acura to the dealership in Spokane for oil service. Decided to do here in town this time. They were friendly, and they seemed knowledgeable and were quick. Did a great job. Going forward, I'm going to avoid the drive to Spokane and get it done here.
