Great sales experience in the Huguenot store but apparently everything is really run through the Henrico store? A dresser was damaged when it was delivered and then it turned into a lot of back and forth, emails and lack of calls being answered. Someone in the Huguenot store was helpful to get pics to, but it took a long time to get confirmation I could get a replacement. I just happened to catch someone on the phone (finally) who was nice enough to take care of everything quickly.

Also, be aware that they use a third-party vendor for delivery, which appears to only slow the process down.

My furniture set is nice (finally), but I won’t be shopping here again.

I have purchased from VCF several times and never had an issue. They are very helpful, prices are within budget and their delivery team is amazing too. Notified me of the missing wedge before delivery so I wasn't surprised.

This was the worst communication encounter. My sectional and dinette set original date was February 15th, I believe. On that day I only received the sectional with no notification that the dinette set was not there. I had to call and seek an understanding as to why this didn’t occur. The most unprofessional individuals, said what they said. Moving on I received a March date, no dinette set again, just seem to be getting the run around. Then they delivered it on 4/2 no notification that it was coming so no one was home. I called to get a new date. They gave me 4/19. I said okay. I just received a call and stated that it want be in into 5/3. My question was where did it go, because it was delivered on the 4/2, correct? No answer. Bad communication, poor customer service, seems this will most likely be my last time purchasing anything from this company.

Horrible customer service. Order furniture the end of Jan and still not here. Was supposed to come in 1st week of Feb. Have called a couple of times a month every month checking on it. No one picking up phone at West broad store.. calk to midlothian store and rep was rude as heck. Then calls me back to say both pieces are there. Since when I called the week of March 21st at they said still waiting on second piece. So not only was the date constantly pushed back... while I'm paying for furniture for months that I don't have that was actually a birthday gift for a Feb birthday. Then furniture does come in and no one calls to say it's ready. Disorganized and does not value customers at all.

The entire process from ordering to delivery was seamless. Yelena was patient and professional during the purchasing process, and Aaron and William were so friendly and polite today and arrived on time for the delivery and finished in a matter of minutes. I was very impressed with their professionalism and teamwork during the process.

It’s Labor Day and I have been so blessed with the kindness of Susan and the staff at Value City. Quintera was super professional and very kind.
They were all super supportive in helping Susan with my order and helping me with the items I could take out the store with me.
I’ve been a lot of places to buy furniture, however the classy and professional definitely blessed my experience.
I love my purchases.

Herbert, was outstanding, he is always helping me, especially when I've had problems with the merchandise, and customer service problems. He's well knowledgable, nice, and easy to speak to. He definitely needs a promotion, or at least more pay.
