The service we received was outstanding. We did a complete renovation of our home so many visits were done to Valley Lighting. Always received professional, friendly and helpful service.
Their pricing is very competive and fair. I also bought several styles of their wallpaper which came out fantastic.
I had an issue with a broken lighted mirror. I was able to return it that day and pick up anothe, saving me the expense of having the electrician coming back. (doesn't happen with online ordering)
I highly recommend Valley Lighting and will be back.

Amazing selection of lighting and ceiling fans you can't find in other showrooms! I purchased a gift card for my brother who lives near Ansonia. He was able to easily update his outdoor and landscape lighting, and purchase a new outdoor fan for his patio.

We received excellent customer service working with Frank & Peggy from the sales team. They asked the right questions we didn't think of when it came to installation, and recommended the right size and type of lighting he needed. We will definitely be back!

Overall an excellent store. The showroom is large with lots of examples of all sorts of options. They have catalogues to look for items not on display. The staff are knowledgable and friendly. Their prices are competitive. They have lots of options at different price points. We've been going there for years. Highly recommended

Maybe the best shopping trip of the weekend since our return to CT. Mary was phenomenal. Had to leave because we were going to spend too much money. Valley is amazing. Store is tucked away behind a dealership, so not the easiest to find, but definitely worth the trip.

OMG! What a wonderful place!
Everyone is attentive, helpful and really nice. I just couldnt decide on a fixture for my Din room it took me 3 visits and Peg & Laura were as patient as they could be. Thankyou!
Also their inventory is extensive many choices & many finishes. I am traditional but you should see the awesome trendy fixtures they carry. Good place to see it all!
