Valley Furniture is awesome. I’ve purchased from here several times, and I will continue to support this local business as I can. My old refrigerator went out. Blake went out of his way to get me a new one delivered same day. The delivery guys, I don’t know their names, were very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Valley Furniture.

I have always had a good experience with Valley Furniture so when we needed to upgrade our current recliner lift chair, they were the first place I checked out. I needed a medical grade chair that could be sanitized and was Flame Retardant. They had one in stock and we were able to pick it up and put it in place the next day. When there was a question regarding the Flame Retardant their staff went on a hunt to supply the paperwork that proved it for us. It was a great help for my family. And, they did it all with a smile! I will always recommend Valley Furniture, they get it done.

One thing is I can't find the right desk for my office. Valley furniture has a lovely variety of home decor and appliances for an honest price. I have purchased many products from here, beds, dressers,tv stand, recliner, couches, ottoman,good modern decor. Their service is friendly, helpful,prompt and they don't follow you around like a used car salesman unless you want help.

We purchased a leather sofa from Valley Furniture. They have a large selection of furniture, from budget to higher end, and best of all, they offer a good selection that are made in the USA. Karl was our salesman. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and did not pressure us into making a purchase. The delivery was on time and professional. We are very satisfied with our experience with Valley Furniture and recommend them.

3 out of 4 times our family go back to Valley Furniture for our purchases. They keep the same staff that know us, treat us good and give us deals on things. Them not having a city sales tax lowers the prices also.

Walked in store. We were greeted nicely. We shopped looking for an area rug. We left only to phone later with our decision to purchase. We were treated with swift results and informed there was a fabulous discount sale included. Highly recommend this store. We will be returning for future purchases.

Honestly dealing with Charles the first day was great. He was super helpful and nice. However, when we went back we were helped by Karl. This was a terrible experience. Rude and quite frankly didn’t care about customer service. Definitely not the guy you want helping anyone. I was 2 minutes away from just canceling our purchase. Great stuff in stock! But customer service is everything.
