I have had Valiant for many years. Great service. Always on time. Oil is cheaper if
I buy 300 gallons in September. Our oil tank was leaking and the smell in the house was disgusting. I called them at 2 pm & someone was here by 4 pm to plug tank. New tank was installed quickly.it was POURING all day long the day they replaced tank. None of the guys complained. They were soaked. I felt so bad for them. Their attitude was “ no big deal”.Very professional crew. I’ve had bad service in the past & worth paying a little more for peace of mind.

Both crews that came out to our home were great! The home energy audit was very thorough and informative. The rebates offered were great for the insulation that we needed. I was kept updated and informed before, during and after each service visit. Which is always very much appreciated! And both crews were very focused on their tasks and they were very good about cleaning up everything when they were done. One of the insulation crew guys even helped resolve an issue I had with my vehicle headlights. I've already recommended Bantam Wesson to my friends and coworkers. And without hesitation I would gladly recommend them again!

Nope. Charged over $200 without any notice, sent me an invoice with language in it saying I agreed to the charge I had no idea was coming and when I called to ask for help and get the bill to zero or in the alternative cut way down, they took a minimal portion off. They said I should have known they would charge me since they came out (they sent someone out who stayed 4 minutes after they filled my tank and we thought they over filled) then patched with something they said may not work and later charged about $100 for it when we had no idea we were actually buying it. It's available online for about $25. When you are planning to charge someone, tell them beforehand and give at least an estimate of pricing. That is basic good business practice. And when you ask me if I know anyone else who will come by to check my system and not charge, my answer is yeah, actually, I do -same day too.

BantamWesson installed a Ducted Heat Pump System recently in our home and we couldn't be happier!! Joe L. and his crew did an awesome job!!
They showed up on time every morning and left the job site extremely clean. They banged out the job in only 2 days!!
They went above and beyond installing our new system and thoroughly explained all the details involved. A shout out to all the Tech's involved who helped out with the install. Joe L., Mike R., Ed M. and Jim F.. They were all very professional and did a great job. We highly recommend them!!

With the help of my experienced sales exec. Phil, I purchased a high efficiency gas furnace. The job was value priced and the install was done exactly as was promised. I sent this yesterday under the BantamWesson Contact us portal but I will say it again here. We were extremely happy with Ben T. who came on Monday May 11th to service our Furnace and air conditioning unit. My husband said he was the best technician we had in the long time. He was competent and efficient and spent time really going through each of the units to make sure they were in good working condition. He also spent time working with my husband on understanding and getting the heat pump thermostat figured out since it wasn't really set correctly. He told me he would give Ben an A+ which is a rare score given out by him. Thank you Ben. Great job.
