Everything was nice.. We were incredibly disappointed with our recent dinner at the Kuch’s Restaurant I order Navajo taco when the waitress brought me my food the bread wasn’t fry bread there was lettuce, tomatoes, soak with hot sauce on a thick bread🤷🏻‍♀️ there was no beef or beans and my guess order hamburger with fries she a small burned hamburger with old bun cold fries 🤷🏻‍♀️ very disappointed you need to up grade your menu your food was 🤮🤮 not going to eat there again or recommend it

We were set up and robbed for 75$ at shift Change around 5 AM by somebody who We are sure that works with somebody at the casino. When we went to make a report with the casino. The casino security said that we were liars. And that what I told them didn't happen. When the County police, showed up. They even said that the video footage Was unclear of weather A hand off of money was made. We were banned for life and 86 off. The property because somebody was trying to solicit to us and ended up robbing us for our money. The security would not let us leave the security room until the cops got there after it was all set and done. And we got back to our room To pack all of our things and leave. There was drugs planted in our room That was not there before we headed out to the gambling floor and the whole ordeal happened. Stay away from this place. They work with scammers and will call you a liar.

Came down to the Four Corners Monument. There is not a whole lot of accommodations to choose from nearby, but Ute Casino still exceeds expectations! The hotel and casino were very clean. Staff was very kind. The room was so nice for such a reasonable price! Also the hotel has very nice amenities (gym, pool and even sauna!). Would absolutely stay here again!

If you’re a trucker, warning: PAID PARKING NOW! $20/night or $3/hour. Also beware that Ute Coffee Shop 12 miles north also no longer allows overnight parking so plan ahead. The $20 does include shower and a drink. That’s not bad by comparison to other truck stops, but I get too many shower credits to buy a shower. I used to love stopping here but never again.

We had a Christmas party here. The best prime rib ever! Flavorful not dry. There was more than plenty. The side dishes and desserts were fantastic! Love it!

Person at the hotel desk at night is rude and needs customer service training and I know the casino has that because I worked there before and they say costumers are always right and never question them and give them attitude at the end bad for business. Seen it and I'm a tribal member from Towaoc. Food is cold on buffet and servers need to check on customers and not to argue with them. And the supervisors need to be walking around and checking on customers to make them feel comfortable and the mangers to so they can see what needs improved. Be nice if the General Manager can come down and walk around and get the paying customers input to see what they see wrong. But no he is no where to be seen or to voice your concerns. Need a new General manger

I went to go see my daughter and granddaughter, and this was the closest hotel I could get.. It was FANTASTIC!! The room was clean, roomy and the bed was so comfortable! The desk service was very friendly and helpful! I stayed all weekend, 3d/2n.. We went hiking and it was so beautiful! I think just love nature and God’s Creation! I don’t gamble, so I can’t say much about the Casino other than it was so full of people, many standing waiting for their turn to play? We ate at various restaurants there in Cortez..
