I had a great experience with the manager at the processing center. I had a package that was sent from Scottsdale AZ . It went to Phoenix AZ , Dallas TX , then to Kansas City Mo, the to Tulsa Oklahoma then to Fayetteville Arkansas and then delivered to my local post office. I did not know that ground advantage packages are trucked across the country now. It seems it would be less cost efficient to fly the packages by aircraft. Seems it would cost a lot to buy diesel for a truck . The manager explained it to me. He was a nice guy!

Not sure why my package keeps getting sent from this facility down to Little Rock only to return back to this facility. Has happened with multiple packages at this point and is very frustrating. Not sure who is being hired at this facility but they have shown multiple times they lack the mental competence in correctly sorting packages. The amount of times this has happened is absolutely ridiculous. Actually pay attention to the labels on the packages please and let everyone live a little easier, easily avoidable

I would leave a 0 star if I could. This place is absolutely awful, just like all of the prior reviews, my package arrived at this facility and was sent back to Little Rock. My package is a Christmas present and now It won't be here in time. The incompetence at this distribution place is unreal! No wonder the USPS is closing branches.. I'll ensure my packages are delivered via UPS or FedEx in the future.

I've had a package here for 2 weeks. Just sitting. And of course I can't get through to anyone on the phone.

I was expecting a VERY important package, my engagement ring that I had custom made. Shows it to be delivered today, mail comes, nothing! Talk about PANIC! Tried calling local post office, can’t reach anyone. I called this facility because it showed it departed from there but then no updates after that. I talked to a wonderful woman, Bonnie, who was so helpful and found my package! She could have not cared like most people, but she went above and beyond to get my ring that I have been waiting months for! So thankful for her!

I deal with this location quite a bit picking up hatching eggs and live chicks and have ALWAYS had an excellent experience. Most of the time the package is not listed as a hold for pickup so I have to call this USPS distribution center and they have to flag the package as being a hold and locate the item. They have physically gone thru trucks before to locate my items - always going above and beyond the call of duty! They do a phenomenal job notifying me immediately when the package arrives (sometimes even before they scan in the package) and there are zero issues when I come in to pickup. The pickup could be a Sunday evening or during the week in the morning - they are flexible. The best part about this facility is the professionalism and service they provide to customers! Kudos to David, Jeremiah and the rest of the staff and management team at this location for a customer centric focus!

How many times can you send a package back and forth between Fayetteville and Little Rock? Who are you hiring that can’t tell the difference between Prairie Grove and Pea Ridge? And why did you send a package to Russellville so it could go back to Little Rock just to come back up here? Six packages in 6 months have had problems at this facility! The USPS needs to investigate this facility because if I’ve had this many issues, then everyone else has had similar issues.
2/10/2023 Update: just happened again!! Informed Delivery said I should receive today and when I didn’t get it, I checked again and it was sent back to Russellville! Seriously I’m so fed up with your incompetence!

4 stars for things could still be improved for the way they do things. 4 stars to the onsite manager who called me back after I hang up after several minutes of waiting on the line for anyone to answer. Of the 3 dept I tried calling, the Manager was the only one to call back. Greatly appreciated your help. The personnel are doing awesome job but their system is lousy when transporting goods. My package of live chicks is nowhere to be found going through the hoops and loops of shipping journey from Des Moines IA to nowhere land. Delivery location is only here in NWA from IA!!! I feel awful bad for my baby chicken and have been in transit since Oct 31. They have been shipping live animals for so long but as for me as my first time experience, it's terrible!
