Customer service here was excellent. I was waited on quick. My issues were solved fast. Before I was with U.S. Cellular I got the prepayed cards from Wal-mart. That was fine as long as you don't have any problems. At least with U.S. Cellular if you have any problems there will be someone to help you.

Just wanted to give a thumbs up 👍 to Us cellular in Martinville ,Virginia for fantastic customer service. I came in was greeted by a lady named Faith. I told her how much money I was working with and she showed me the newest Samsung Galaxy A16 5G 😀 it was reasonabley priced. I got the phone,phone case/ screen protector, and the pop socket and monthly plan for $199😀 Faith was super helpful in setting up my device / service put my screen saver and pop socket on as well😀 I was very pleased with my experience at US cellular in Martinville Virginia 😀

Kenzie and Charlotte are who you need to see for all your cell phone needs, they are amazing at customer service and so thorough with their jobs. Love these ladies, they pretty much run the place!
* I want to be clear, the 3 star rating is for US Cellular as a whole organization, including products and services. I'd give Charlotte and Kenzie 10 stars if possible.

Makenzie (girl I hope I spelled your name right) was 10/10 super helpful today. Not only did she help me keep my phone # while switching carriers and shopping for an upgrade to my samsung, but she also helped make sure that I had all my contacts, photos, etc transferred over to the new phone. Plus helped by applying a liquid screen and protective case to the phone. I walked out of the building t9day with my new phone ready to roll and call functional.

Danny was awesome and such a helpful sale representative. He took his time and was patient. I don't really like dealing with most sales people but I was comfortable with him and felt valued as a new customer. A great asset to your company US Cellular! I do see him being a store manager soon!

Terrible Service.
This is twice i have been there. The first time i go somewhere (like usual) i dont write a review, but the second with the same service...this is not a fluke.
US Cellular has top notch Customer Service on the phone...but these stores...no wonder Verizon is number one. If i had went to the store before i called them for switching my service, it never would've happened....their stores fail, unfortunately this one is a prime example. now twice i have walked out.
I'll stick with calling from now on...if they cant help...ill switch to another company. i AM NOT gonna beg someone to take my money.

Waited over an hour just to pay my bill. No one spoke or even acknowledged I was there. Only helped once they were interrupted by another patron with a simple request. This was the Martinsville location I usually use the Galax store and I've never been made to wait or been ignored there.
