Fantastic experience working with them - super responsive, and consistent service. Most recently we worked with them to get new bins, and they delivered (and re-delivered when we realized the bins were too big for our garage!) the new bins exactly when they said they would, and made the process super easy. Everyone we spoke to along the way was fantastic.

Wow, I thought I was going to have to look for a new provider until I called and spoke with Allen today. Every business should have a customer service rep like this gentleman. He was courteous, professional, and a problem solver. Without him, I may have become start-up trash hauler customer. But, I'm not going anywhere now.

Awful. The garbage man chose not to pick up my entire garbage at all just because a plastic lid was put on top of all the bags. You could’ve just thrown the lid on the ground and picked up the rest that was in the can right? 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️. Idiots. Rude.

I spoke to Sharon Schultz from your organization today, my experience with your service representative was very pleasant. Sharon helped check on and provide a copy of an invoice I needed to match up to a delivery ticket. Sharon was polite and friendly on the phone, she placed me on hold to allow me to speak to the dispatch operator and when he was not available came back on the line to inform me and she continued to assist me.
The result, I received quality service in about a 2-3 minute phone call and a follow up via email with the documentation I needed.
I am most satisfied with the level of service I received and I've had similar experience in the past calling your organization and always have had a positive outcome from the helpful, friendly service that s provided by your staff. Your customer support training is evident and most valuable.

I have really bad experience with USA Hauling and Recycling. They gave me a good rate. I asked them to deliver dumpster before i start for work (before 8:00 AM). They didn't came on time. I called them by 8:15 AM i was informed that will come by 9:00 AM again called no answer or some rubbish answer, waited till 9:30 and left for work. Later I realized on a call with agent that time cannot be guaranteed.
Then after finishing the work they hauled dumpster from my lawn by destroying it. Then I got another bill for $82 as my load of the trash more than 4 ton (which contains shingles and some plywood lady on the phone said because of rain it could have increased). I have to trust them as I do not have any machinery to wave 4 tons. 🙁 very bad experience.

It was a great experience working with USA hauling. I've never rented a dumpster before but needed one to clear out my mom's house after she passed away. Kevin was great, he explained all the options, sizes, limitations (so there were no surprise charges). The dumpster showed up on the day / time it was scheduled, the driver was very careful about how and where he off loaded it and the pick up was very prompt when were done.
