I had a 11 AM appointment this morning checked in at 10:30 AM and out at 3:15 PM. I called the receiving office and asked them what was taking so long. I only have two pallets and they told me that the other receivers were trying to make room for my product, and I said this put a toll on all of us on operators. Our job is to bring the loads in get them unloaded and get back on the road. We are not a storage facility. It’s not our problem that you guys don’t have room for the product that you bought .

it's one thing to take almost 4 hours to unload me. but it's another to hawk a big brown Loogie my trailer. I don't know who peed in your Cheerios. but all I did was check in and back into a door. you are to be ashamed of yourself. this trailer hauls food for everybody, including people like you and your family. glad I carry Clorox wipes I guess I got lucky there. but could you please do it in the trashcan next time. Cause my trailer most certainly is not A spittoon.

No overnights parking on territory, you can park across the street (squeeze somewhere). Even if you come earlier, they will send you off the premises untill your appt time.
Check in at 0730, now is 1415, thanks they unloaded already but still waiting for paperwork.

Also if you're a new driver you may have some hard time to back in your dock ( not much space in front, also sometimes there are trucks parked)

Very disappointed in this place to deliver to. First I called last night and the lady on the phone said I could come an hour early and when I showed up, they sent me away and the gentleman said oh yeah she’s an idiot. And then my appointment was for 10 AM. It’s 130 now and I’m still waiting for them to unload my truck. Talk to other drivers who said it’s always this slow. Hopefully we’ll never have to be back here if they’re gonna be this ridiculously slow and unprofessional.

UPDATE: I got another load back to this gawd awful place. Appointment time was set for 10am, I arrived at 9:15am and was instructed to leave the premises until 9:30 or wait until they call. I found parking across the street on a side road. I received call at 10:20am to back into dock. It’s currently 1:03pm and they haven’t touched my trailer.

Message for management ….. please work on this. Go through all of the reviews and you will notice a consistency.

3 stars because the employees are nice. The issue is how slow everything is. My appointment time was at 9am. I arrived at 7:45am. They sent me to a dock right away. Docked at 8:05am. It’s now 11:04am and they just now opened the dock door. Although, I don’t feel anything being removed so we remain waiting.

Drivers … your clock will be waisted at this location. Prepare prior to arriving. Toilet sits between dock 25-26. No other amenities. There is a Maverick Gas Station that’s across the street. They have decent food for being a gas station. No over night parking. I wouldn’t arrive any earlier than 3 hours before your appointment or else you will most likely be told to leave the premises until your appointment time. No over flow parking.

Checked in easily, and the staff was friendly. Got a door right away.

After unloading, they called for lumper fees. Paid, then went to the office for paperwork.

Appointment for 6:30am arrived at 3:15am got a door at 6:45am got a green light at 8:45am they called me at 10:00am to pay the lumper it was $277 payed it, I didn’t get my BOLS!! Till 1:30pm and I only had 3 pallets for them. Please my fellow truckers think twice before you come here.

Delivered here 2 weeks in a row. Took over 5 hours. Last week their receptionist Amy Joe said the receiver was new and didn't know what he was doing. This week, who knows! Lost my next pick up 2 weeks in a row. Furious.
