Eric and Will and their teams were helpful and prompt from the very beginning. The process of picking out tile, carpet, and hardwood stains was flawless. Perhaps the best part was when they had a delay in materials for another job, they were able to come to our house and start 2 weeks before we were originally scheduled. The quality of the work was excellent as was the price. They refinished our hardwood, laid carpet, retiled a master bath and guest bath, and did the tile back splash in our kitchen. If I have need, I won't hesitate to bring them on again for another job. Thank you!!

This company is terrible to work with. First, they’ll do the job incorrectly, then they’ll expect full payment, which for us was 5,000. They’ll quote you for things and not do them and then still expect the entire payment. This company did a TERRIBLE job on my beautiful walnut floors and even stained the floors the wrong color. We agreed to a stain and it was on the invoice and they did it incorrectly and admitted to it. I recorded the conversation. Then they tried to blame me for them doing it incorrectly. Then they didn’t clean up their mess. Dust EVERYWHERE, and that is not an exaggeration. It took me 4 hours to clean up. And nails too. And that can be dangerous if you have little ones like I did. And then when we asked them to make it right, they said no. When I told them I would need to leave an honest review they said I was a bad person for trying to hurt their family. Do what people pay you thousands for and people won’t have to leave bad reviews. Be honest in your dealings instead of take full payment for work you didn’t do. And NEVER leave a house worse than how you found it. Honestly, it was disgusting how filthy my house was. And then today I got an email from a spam I didn’t recognize. I just found out that the company got my email address from US floors direct! WOW. Really, now after cheating us out of money you sell my private information? DON’T DO IT! You’ll wish you hadn’t, I’m not the only bad review. Look at all the 1 star reviews. We say the same thing which is that this company will leave you VERY unhappy and will leave you with a disaster and then expect full payment. There has to be a better flooring company than this.

Our experience with pricing, ordering, and delivery of our new wood floors was so easy and fast. We loved working with Amber. She was very responsive and knowledgeable. It made the whole process very enjoyable.

We had US floors direct replace all our carpet and pads just over 2 yrs ago. We had some issues with our stair treads, which they mostly fixed and I appreciate. But they were really hard on our baseboards and took chunks out of them. There's hard spots underneath our carpet I feel daily. And the upgraded pad we got sounds crinkly when you walk on it which has just gotten worse over time. The carpet which was also "high quality" and upgraded isn't soft and feels and looks cheap to me. This is why this review comes 2 years after the fact because every day I so regret using them and their materials for our home 😢 not to mention horrible customer service. Bad pricing (they upped my quote by $800 they day I drove 30 mins to their location to pay) because it was with credit/debit card with no warning beforehand. Honestly my biggest regret in our home using them. Such a headache even years later
