My wife and I both looked at each other after our first sip and said, wow, this is good beer! Open, urban atmosphere. I recommend the cold IPA and she recommends the pistachio cream ale.

Great selection of craft beers! Visiting the area & Came in on a Monday afternoon, and it wasn’t busy. Indoor and outdoor seating! Bartender friendly and knowledgeable about each beer. Clean with laid back atmosphere! Must try it out!

This wonderful Veteran owned, local brewery is filled with great beer and personality!! Employees are knowledgeable, friendly, community minded and encourage well-behaved dogs and children to enjoy time with family and friends. The food truck rotation is delicious or outside food is welcome. The beer rotation and quality are some of the best in this town!! This is a must-visit location!! Urban Animal is a small brewpub, just over a year old, and located in the Cheyenne Mountain area. I like the location, as it fills a void in the otherwise sparse area. Also nice that it's right next door to my eye doctor.

I'll be honest, I have had a mixed experience at Urban Animal. Some of their beer is good and some is.. a bit all over the place. For example, last night I had a farmhouse style beer that had a bit of the desirable saison yeast funk but also tasted smooth and sweet like a cider.

The space itself is industrial, with lots of tables. The patio juts into the parking lot and also has some good sized table space. Overall it's a great room if you are with a group, but it can feel not very intimate on your own or with just one or two people -- especially at the crowded service bar.

Urban Animal doesn't have food service, but they frequently get an array of taco trucks. On some nights you might luck out and get a nice spicy chicken sandwich option, but on other nights it could be salty tacos. So be sure to check in advance.

Also be careful to avoid trivia night and other loud events, unless you are really into that sort of thing. That's advice I would give at any brewery, but especially in this square shaped industrial room.

Overall I'm wishing the beer was more dependable, and the space a bit more intimate. Sometimes I come here and everything is right: I luck into a good beer, and the right crowd. But on other nights it's strange beer, salty tacos, and "video bingo."

This is the furthest Springs Brewery from our house. Worth the trip though. We had a flight and I actually liked the sour the best. Blueberry Ultrasuede. A quick check on Untappd and it is also their most highly rated beer. I can see why.

Wednesday nights at 7pm they have music bingo, which is a fun night for the family, date, or friends. They are dog friendly.

You can get flights of beers if you want to try a variety. For food, there’s a food truck that serves food.

I've been wanting to tryout the new brewery in town and I was not disappointed. The bar tender was friendly and I enjoyed most of the beers. The standouts were Unrequited Waves (New England IPA), Slammed Uncle (Dunkles Weissbier), and the Raspberry Songbird (Kettle Sour). Looking forward for a return visit, apparently there is a Mexican Chocolate beer in the works.

My fave COS brewery and has been a welcome addition to the SW side of town - it has quickly become our favorite neighborhood hangout. Love their beers and like that they always seem to be working on something new - keeps things fun and interesting. My hands down favorite beer of theirs is Doe in Heat - literally the best chile/chili? beer ever, made with Pueblo green chiles.

They are kiddo and doggo friendly, nice assortment of toys and games to keep the tykes occupied. If you bring your dog, make sure they get their Polaroid taken to add to their Paws of Fame wall! And the people working here are great - friendly, laidback, down to earth. And the owners are also amazing 😉
