We used United Structural to waterproof our basement and we had to have them come back to make some repairs. Aaron is a really nice and knowledgeable professional. He takes time to talk with you and listens to your concerns. He has been very responsive and made sure that repairs were done promptly and correct. We have had no water intrusion into the basement and everything has been very dry! Thanks for everything!

Called United Structural Systems following a quote from another structural repair company in which we felt like additional work was added and the repair cost inflated. When they showed up they looked everything over and made an assessment of damages much under the original quote/spec of work. During work there was an issue with some of the existing gutter drains being unrepairable due to materials used, but they took care of it without any issues or additional cost. We have been very happy with the work completed, and all the concerns have been resolved with the work. We are also in the process of selling our home, so we had all the work and the home inspected by a structural engineer outside of USS. He was very pleased with the work, and stated that the home was structurally sound. I could not recommend the company more if you are having issues.

United Structural Systems was referred to me by a former co-worker. I was nauseous when I found out my homes foundation had issues but I made the call. Drew came out and assessed the situation and came up with a plan. He was very nice. He arrived at my house when he said he would and he went to work. Afterwards a plan was discussed and the work was scheduled. I had questions and he answered them all. When the work started, Allen, the job foreman, and his crew, Evan, Andrew, and Taylor called me every morning to let me know they were on their way. They showed up and wasted no time starting the job. Allen explained what they were going to do and answered my many questions over a 2 1/2 day job duration. He is one of the nicest human beings and an extremely hard worker!! His crew were kind and hard working as well. When the job was done, Allen and Taylor cleaned up, put grass seed and straw down and were on their way to enjoy the weekend! After talking to Allen about the work that was done and watching what they did, I feel confident that my house is now structurally sound and feel better about the situation. I am thankful and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. They are a five star operation.

We called USS on Friday for an estimate to repair a leaning fireplace. We received our estimate by Tuesday. They had a crew finish a job early and was able to come to our house and get started Wednesday afternoon. The job was completed early Thursday morning. The crew (Chad, Brent, and Hunter based out of KY) that did the job was very knowledgeable and friendly. We are couldn't be happier with the quick turn around, highly recommend!

United Structural Systems Ltd.,Inc was great to work with from start to finish. They were able to come in and complete the foundation repair and waterproofing on time and on budget. I attempted to use another company (Alford) but they were unable to do the job timely. Thankfully, Bill and the team did a great job. They were punctual, professional and kept a clean jobsite. I highly recommend USS!

Andrew, Allen, and Evan are incredibly hard workers. They are all some of the nicest human beings I have ever had met. They’re extremely professional and quick to answer any the millions of questions I had about the work being done at my house. They finished the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after theirselves as well as put grass seeds and straw down in my yard. 5 out of 5 stars from me!!!! Highly, highly recommend this company to anyone needing foundation work!

I was very pleased with the work of USS. They stabilized my porch foundation. They were very professional and courteous. Allen was the project foreman. He communicated very well with me keeping me informed of progress and next steps. I would definitely use them for future projects.
