Yeah, you guys delivered toilets to an address in Vader, WA and there is a lot of dirt on the ledges and they aren’t really that “clean” and from somebody who used to do portable sanitation this is unacceptable and they deserve a refund. Considering this is a wedding event and this how you deliver your “event” units. That’s a shame.

Asked to talk to a supervisor regarding a service and was flatly refused. Time 11:21 am October 31st 2024. Office staff gatekeeping a little too hard. I was courteous in the extreme explaining why I needed 30 seconds of a supervisors time and was still completely shut down. Don't waste your time here. Judging by their ~2 star review average the company won't care about a negative review but as a consumer I would avoid at all costs.

Supper disappointed with my interaction. We used to partner with TPI and it was always such an easy, friendly experience. Now that they were acquired by United Site Service I will no longer be patronizing USS.
I called in to rent and on top of not very friendly service I was told that my area has to have a special request to service and that someone would reach out to me. I haven't had a single call and it's been 2 days. Honey Bucket, however, answered my call right away and it took me all of 7 minutes to get a rental set up.
