I had an auto pay payment that was declined, I was never notified. They shut my power off on New Year’s Day with no notification whatsoever. They claim they called me however I have about 10 other calls my phone received the same day NONE from United Power. They claim they left a voicemail. I don’t have any voicemails from that day. They charged me an additional $85 to reconnect service and told me it was their word vs my word over a $79 bill that was only 30 days late. They never contacted me about any of this once. Fortunately for them they have a monopoly on the market so I don’t have any choice other than to use them as my electricity provider. I will be investing in solar panels someday soon hopefully these guys go out of business in the near future.

We have UP as our only energy choice, unfortunately. Our auto pay was declined 3 times within 6 months for no reason. Started using VISA, then changed to bank acct, still received dun email. Left numerous calls for 2 days as stated on email and still no call back. Frustrated!
