Hired Bella Stone aka Diogo and his team to replace all our bathroom counters and sinks. We are so very happy with the process from start to finish which was on time and done well. Diogo is a Master Craftsman, and a complete and total professional. I had purchased a new range top for our home unfortunately the existing cut out was two inches two small. This is a small job and I was hoping to get it done within a condensed time. I called three other granite and marble installers, none of which would consider the small job. One of them even tried to sell me new granite counter tops because he said that cutting into already installed counter tops almost always damages them. On a Saturday afternoon at approximately (1:00 PM) Diogo, took my call while out at a job site. He asked me to send him some pictures and provide some basic dimensions he would review and call me back. Diogo returned my call within two hours said this would be an easy fix and that he would have a crew out on Sunday morning at 0900 if that would be Okay? Of course, I said yes.
On Sunday morning he sent a 15-minute advanced notice via text message announcing his arrival. He and his crew were right on time. Before the job he gave a small COVID-19 brief of sorts saying that he and his worker would be wearing masks and when possible would like to remain 6 feet away from me and my family. Which I thought was awesome. He got right to work and made two expert cuts the new range top was centered and looked fabulous. Diogo and his crew used vacuum suction tools to reduce the granite dusk. The clean-up job that he and his crew did was second to none. I would recommend Diogo and Bella Stone Marble & Granite LLC and for all jobs, new installs, upgrades, repair work. He is an honest businessman and true Master Craftsman.

My experience was wonderful! Diogo and his team are very efficient, reliable, and trustworthy. The communication was awesome, he always called or texted to make sure I was available. They came in just before Thanksgiving to measure, and that following Monday my counter tops were installed. They were very clean and friendly, and Diogo is very easy to talk with and he has helpful suggestions. I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends. Awesome job!!!

I’m so happy we went with Bella Stone to replace the countertops in our kitchen!

From the first interaction, it was easy and pleasant to work with Diogo. He took my budget and what I wanted into account when showing me slabs.

Then, he stayed true to his word about how soon he could have the job done.

He even took the time to fix a cord issue caused when the last homeowners put in their old countertops, at no extra charge.

AND, when my well-meaning husband accidentally bought a too-large sink, Diogo took it in stride. (He quickly came up with a redesign of the original counter layout that would allow us to still use the sink.)

Diogo and his team were punctual, professional and did an excellent job. If you’re considering them, definitely know they do quality work!!
