Head of maintenance and purchasing with Fortress Wood Products in Elizabeth City here, and just wanted to let you know that I’ve been very pleased with our rep, Gene. When I came on board here we weren’t doing much more than uniforms but due to Gene’s commitment to consistent five-star customer service I am in the process of relying more and more on UniFirst.

We’ve already switched from our previous vendor for all of our soaps, paper towels, air fresheners, etc. and have added several safety mats and such as well. Gene does an excellent job keeping our inventory stocked and has always responded immediately to any question or concern I’ve had.

To sum up, due directly to Gene’s diligence and personable nature, we have shifted more of our business to UniFirst, and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work and I look forward to doing more business in the future!

Teo has a great attitude. He is fast, efficient, and caring. He always greets us by name...which is impressive since we're a larger company and not his only customer. He lets us know ahead of time for changes in his schedule (usually due to holidays). We are lucky to have him.

Gene is our driver. We get prompt friendly service from Gene. He worked with our management team at Foodlion during our transition and made sure we had our new aprons and time for our relaunch for our store. I know I can rely on him being at my store, making sure I have what I need every week.

Great Service and always friendly. Carson has been coming by our place of business for years. He always has a smile on his face and a great attitude. I’ve been at Courtesy Auto Sales for 13 years and we have been with UniFirst as long as I’ve been here. Their prices are great and Carson is here every Wednesday like clock work!

Gene is doing a fine job. He is always courteous and prompt. We've not had many problems here at Lilley International since he started servicing our uniform needs. I'm giving him 4 stars because no one is perfect, but he comes close!
