Great bunch of people working here. Very helpful and courteous. Customer service is very good. They always help load up my vehicle when I clean them out of packing peanuts and bubble wrap. And YES I buy that much packing supplies from them a few times a month and they always have what I need. And their storage rental prices are not over priced and the rental storage unit area is very clean and easily accessible.
It's always a good experience when I come in. I've been to other Uhaul's in the area and I like coming here best.

I go there regularly, at least once a month and my truck is waiting for me, and it even has gas in the tank. I get a 20' truck and it does fine for short hauls. I might be a little nervous to take it cross country. The staff is friendly and things seem to go very smoothly, including at checkout. Years ago they struggled to get through the screens, do there must have been some significant upgrades. I prefer to deal in person because the online checkout seems really finicky.
