I have rented pickup trucks from this location for years and always had a good experience. Went again today and again smooth check out and check in. The wait was short both times (i have waited for 30 minutes on busy Saturdays before but today was much faster), the employees were friendly and helpful. Not pushing product, just getting you on your way as quickly as possible. Today was unique in that the manager was sick on short notice so a manager from another location and another employee jumped in to help out. Gotta love that. Also, loved that I could extend the rental within a few seconds in the app so I wouldn't have to rush back.

We were redirected to this location after the lock would not open at our initial pickup location. We arrived to the Kenmore U-Haul 45 minutes after their listed opening time to find any empty building. We waited around for about 15 minutes until an employee showed up (we were later told his name is Mateo). He tried the door and couldn't get in, then went around back to make some phone calls. It turns out the manager who was supposed to open the store an hour prior didn't show up for work.We waited for over an hour for someone to come open the store. Mateo also stood out in the rain waiting. Six other customers came and went during this time. Eventually two more employees arrived and we got our truck about two hours after our scheduled pickup time. An employee named Mike "helped" us with the truck. He actually didn't help at all, just gave me the keys and said to come back if there were problems. This might not have bothered me as much as it did if I hadn't already been waiting on him for two hours. We were told that they would give us compensation for the delay but we've spoken with three people so far who each have just passed us on to someone else. Mind you we did not ask for this compensation, they offered it to us, and when we went to collect on their offer they've just been giving us the runaround. Our truck was in fairly poor condition compared to any other U-Haul truck I've had previously, but at least I made it to my destination. This is by far the worst experience I've had at U-Haul or really any business. Maybe I just got all of the bad U-Haul luck for that day. I would gladly pay more to somebody else next time. Kudos to Mateo for trying to help us as much as he could and for putting up with working at this place.

Excellent customer service; fast, friendly and efficient. Pick up and drop off were quick and competent. I dealt with three different staff members who were all professional, friendly and just outstanding.

On a busy Sunday Mike behind the counter was quick efficient and confident in each and every customers rental situation. Mike did an excellent job from pickup to dropoff where he did the inspection and communicated the charge and was excellent. Great U-Haul experience will rent from them again.

Everyone we worked with was helpful, gracious, polite and accommodating. We were helping a refugee family move across town. It was complicated because they had to pay with cash, didn't speak English and the driver was an hour late to pick up the truck. All your staff understood the challenges and helped us work through them.
