My family and I popped in to shop around and left with such a wonderful experience! My honey saw (or was blinded by) a large, sun catching beautiful Citrine cocktail ring by Clayton Porter, wrapped in gold wire, and he knew immediately it belonged with me! The owner and his lovely fiancé helped us and let us be sure it was the right purchase and we couldn’t be happier. Catalina is our annual vacation and I can’t wait to come back each year and add to my new collection. Thank you so very much!!!!! ?

Rude sales lady, I think she is the owner, from reading the reviews on Yelp ai think I get a sense of why she acted that way. Rude from the start didnt greet us back when we entered the store. Then gave us a 1700$ price for a vase which I know was just under 200$ just from asking another sales person who was there before. we left afterwards.

Not kind to minorities coming in the store. I was in the store for 10minutes before the lady even bothered to say anything to me. I asked a simple question about the art and she didn't even know anything or didn't want to help because she was too busy filling out paperwork to assist her one customer. It was not welcoming and I didn't feel like she wanted me in there so I told her I guess I'll leave now and she smiled but no thanks for coming by or any friendly customer service from start to finish. I would of bought because I was shopping for unique gifts and didn't because of the poor service.

I went into this place with my sister. We saw some mermaid figurines that caught her eye and she asked the cashier what the prices were. The lady’s response was “They’re expensive” she then proceeded to explain why they were expensive. She never gave her the response of the price. Honestly the woman was rude from the start. How are you going to look at a costumer and decide that something is too expensive for them.
Ridiculous person and the majority of the items looked cheap.

Saw a beautiful painting and went in to inquire. The sales lady was helping someone, no big deal. I made eye contact and she was so rude. I still purchased the painting but she needs to learn better people skills.
