I get ice here a couple times a week. This is very cute, very convenient, very affordable and you really do get twice the ice!! I do not just use this ice for coolers- we use it in our drinks every day, all day. I’m pretty particular about ice ( I shave mine when I get home- the entire bag) I can’t use ice that tastes disgusting and this ice doesn’t have a bad taste at all. Normally I look for a “ice is food” label or something letting me know it’s food grade, but I stopped here once out of convenience and it didn’t disappoint so Ive continued to use it. I don’t like the ice made from water from our sink- we live in the city and this machine is in the city and the water is good so it MUST be filtered! Our ice machine is broken on our fridge so this works perfectly for us!!! It’s very clean, the kiosk is easy to use- the buttons are easy to navigate and the ice bags have a nice little feature that works perfectly for tying and securing your ice so it stays in the bag while transporting. I love this concept and I believe this is well taken care of by the owner
