Are we talking about Tulalip Utilities here? Service is like no other I have ever experienced for Customer Service or response to water issues. There is no phone support your calls go to an answering service and then they never return your call. Our water bill has gone up triple the amount and more in the 3 yrs we have lived here. Our bill statement is delivered on the 31st & due on the 2nd, not knowing what the bill is per usages each month hard to set up auto pay and then get charged $15.00 late fee because I can not my direct pay to them in 2 days. Something drastically wrong with the way this company is conducting business.

Customer service is horrible. Contacted on numerous occasions by phone and email, no response. Our development has inconsistent and sub par water pressure. Now we will be going to the board, snohoSnoh count and if need be state. This is ridiculous!
