Great concept, but never going here again. After completing my rug which was a horrible experience..felt like I was in a sweat shop…no air conditioning…the list goes on (more about that experience below). I tried calling and left voicemails and received no response. I drove an hour to Tuft Tuft hoping my rugs would be ready. They were ready but the final product was horrible. I spent a lot of money on 2 medium rugs and all that was done in 3 weeks was a trim and a rug back placed on the two rugs. There were no additional carving of the actual image. They literally cut the yarn and glued the rug backing….not to mention, the rugs were uneven.

Additionally, the customer service was horrible. I paid for a workshop and the experience was ridiculous. Not only was there just 1 person helping everyone, but he was not attentive (mostly because he was helping every customer tuft, trace , get checked in, eat lunch, etc.) When I picked up my rugs, it took 20 minutes to find them. And the final product is horrible. Other rugs had additional trimming/ carving of the rugs but ours didn’t. I asked about it and they said they don’t do it. I spend almost $300 and didn’t get a good final product and horrible customer service. I’m still trying to get a hold of the owner and still no response. Never going back.

It was a fun experience for us to try tufting for the first time. We didn't know what to expect going in, but Jaden walked us through the process, demonstrated how to do it and checked in often as we worked through it! The only thing I would have hoped for is lower prices. However, given how much yarn is being used and the fact that they include trimming and backing service only for $10 - it's pretty good. Hoping to try a bigger size next time so that I can incorporate more fun/detailed designs!!

I had such an amazing experience at Tuft Tuft!! Honestly when I first signed up, I really wasn’t expecting much. I’ve actually been feeling kinda suicidal lately and I was thinking I could maybe try making a little rug for my parents.. as a good-bye gift of sorts.

But then I had such an amazing and uplifting conversation with one of the workers there. I think her name was Ashley? But she had such an enlightening demeanor and was incredibly helpful in providing the instructions. I’m an incredibly clumsy person who fails at basically everything I do, but I had a really good time with her today. I actually hope to come back some day.. I think I’ll keep this rug for myself.

My boyfriend and I did the medium sized acrylic beads. It was $45 per bear and shipping (if needed) is an extra $9 (two bears are being shipped with one charge). You get 3 colors per bear and I believe it was a $4 additional charge if you wanted to add another color. Simple, but super fun. We were walk-ins, I would recommend reservation on busier days (weekends), but Monday was not very busy and we were able to do what we wanted. The rug making looked exciting and interesting and we can’t wait to try that next time 🙂
I took a star off due to the posting time of being open was 3:30P, but they did not open until 4:15P. I understand things happen, and sometimes you cannot control traffic, etc. But it was a minor inconvenience , but did not ruin the experience.

Nice place for 1st date, girls outing or even a family fun time out. But things to know if you are doing a rug...
1. Have your image on your phone ready. They project it on canvas.
2. They really don't take too much time to show you how to do things. So pay attention.
3. Trick to the rug gun is tap it 3 times and push into the canvas.
4. Know that not every shad3 of color is there. Be prepared to choose other colors.
Other than that, the staff is nice and will show you some good tricks and techniques. Oh, and go early if you can.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I came at 12 pm for my reservation. They told me to go get lunch and come because they had a broken projected. We came back. He told me he had people in front of us and he had to refund other people because there was too many people. We started at 2:30. The training was not detailed whatsoever. They barely came by to check how we were doing. I had a reservation for another activity for the day at 5 so we had to leave at 4. We were not able to finish because we started so late. I came back today and it was two teenage girls that were just gossiping and cursing. This place is ran by children who obviously were not properly trained on customer service. On top of that they had a dog in the store. That looked like was owned by the owner. This place made it look so much better on tik tok

best customer service ever, and literally worth the hype on tiktok !! The workers were so nice and checked on us continuously and showed us the process step by step, I love the way my first tuft came out and i definitely see myself coming back again. This was such a nice experience and definitely something i recommend doing with a friend. although i do wish they had music playing
