As a 20+ yr retired and disabled Army veteranI worked here for 3 years and I do not recommend working here unless it’s your last option. They might as well take their FAB and relocate it in the People’s Republic of China, because that’s where their values are at. Very unprofessional management practices, unrealistic training goals, no standardized training, and toxic work environment. A modern day sweat shop. Someone should really look into their labor practices and discrimination against combat veterans with disabilities.

I just quit Wafertech because they won't let you stop working if you don't have PTO or sick hours. I requested a week without pay and my request was not granted because I had only been working for three months. On the other hand, the company has very good benefits and the co-workers are exceptional. I worked shift A at CMP, my supervisor was always there to assist me and train me, I was able to certify myself as a PS.
