Drivers love to pull out into traffic on 45 mph roads in rainy/slippery conditions. If they can't drive right, I wouldn't expect them to provide good service.

Driver texting and driving, swerving on road and generally not attentive to driving. Very dangerous when driving a big flatbed.

I have recently reached out to Mario to price out my project. I got 5 houses ready to go and 5 upcoming. Not a small job …. Asked to send plans and specs of trusses. Couple weeks with no response I decided to follow up. Send email …. Nothing … sent another couple emails every two or three days. Since nobody got back to me I decided to call Mario. Very nice on the phone. Apologized for the delay and promised to have it priced out in couple days. After two weeks I follow up . Few emails …. Same thing . No response. I call Mario again. Mario picks up and apologizes again. He claims that he started working on my quote and will have it done by the end of the day or next day the latest. No response for a week so I send an email asking if he intends to send me a quote or if I should reach out to someone else. Mario responded that he is really sorry but he has been very busy and feels so bad. He swore he will have it priced out within a day and if we agree he will have the first roof fabricated in two to three weeks . It’s been over a week and I called again. This time no luck …. That was two days ago …. Overall it’s been about 10 weeks now. I get email from Mario this morning…. All excited as we need the trusses soon . Mario just wrote that he will pass on this project and he will not even price it out for me 🙂

Mario. I will get my trusses somewhere else but writing this just to warn other people as you clearly have no respect for anyone. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Everyone understands that we are all busy and if you cannot take on project let people know but to waist 10weeks of someone’s life and keep people waiting for nothing…. Not cool
