I went to Troiano to check out new Jeep Wranglers and was pleasantly greeted by Meredith. She was very informative with what each Jeep I looked at had to offer, the pros and cons for my purpose and absolutely no pressure from her. Meredith (and her co-worker Frank who also made this purchase painless) is top notch. You won’t be dissatisfied with her assistance even if you don’t buy, she will answer any questions you have, with a smile. She and Frank are very genuine humans and I can’t thank them enough!!!

Had an excellent experience at Troiano's! The vibe here is unlike any other dealership I've experienced. It's relaxed and like dealing with friends. I know car dealerships get a bad rap but this experience was great. Looked on line for a couple days...chose triano...clicked on link to schedule a test drive and that was it. Received an email to confirm time and that I was coming and the car was waiting when I got there!!
Merideth was amazing...listened to my challenges and concerns...was SUPER FRIENDLY. When I made the decision she was with me thru the process and spent probably an hour showing me all the features and how to use them...vehicles have come a LONG way!
Super happy with my new wheels and one of the most friendly dealerships I have ever been to!
