Great local hitch company to Denver. Customer service is great, they helped me decide which hitch and correct drop height I needed. Use their hitches everyday and have yet to disappoint. Just like any other hitch product out there, use common sense to keep your pins and locks greased and lubricated to keep any dirt and contaminants out.

The dealer who sold me my cargo trailer recommended this lock, and sold me 3 of them (for the back & side door, and the Trailer Defender device). While it seems to work ok on the Trailer Defender, this lock is defective when used on the cargo doors. In fact, my trailer has the identical trailer doors that are depicted on the company's product packaging (see picture), and which they specifically "recommend and endorse" for use.
Similar to other reviews I have now read, you have to lean into the cargo door handle in an attempt to release pressure so the pin can drop and unlock. The first time I used it, it took two people and over 45 minutes to try and get the lock to open. The second (and final) time, the lock mechanism refused to budge, and the key had weakened with all the attempts that it ended up breaking off in the lock. The fact that this lock is unable to open when placed on the type of cargo door that the company recommends and endorses is a significant product defect.
I have contacted the company, via their warranty claim process, and was told that "it must be a bad fit for your application". I responded that the "application" it was being used for is exactly what the company has endorsed and recommended on the product packaging.
As it stands now, I am unable to get the lock off the cargo door, and will have to hire a locksmith to come out and remove it. This is a known product issue, and it is unbelievable that the company continues to sell a defective product. I DO NOT recommend this lock to secure trailer doors.

This is a fantastic company. I’ve use many different brands such as BW and others on my fleet of vehicles.
I switch the majority of my vehicles to the Trimax Razor duel ball system.
Some of my employees have lost the keys and other things associated with the lock and they are always quick to help out.

I bought their 4 capacity bike rack. First, I really like the bike rack. Its pretty sweet. The hitch pin that came with the bike rack is your standard 4" pin, which did not fit my hitch. This is MY hitch's issue, not a Trimax issue. When I emailed customer service to get the dimensions of their pin to order a longer aftermarket pin, they had no idea what the dimensions were. They never even acknowledged they didn't know, they just kept emailing me over and over "bring it to a hardware store." The product seems great but the customer service is really subpar. I mean... its your product, please know the dimensions! Continually telling me "take it to a hardware store" during a pandemic when nothing is in stock doesn't help -- know your product.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I PURCHASED LOCK CYLINDERS THAT DIDN'T FIT MY LOCKS AFTER TELLING THEM EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE FOR. I REQUESTED 3 TIMES BY EMAIL TO RETURN THEM FOR A REFUND. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE RESPONSE BACK. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR WHATEVER YOU NEED!

Bought an aluminum drop hitch from this company. After 6 months it has tons of slop and now allows the trailer to bounce and tug forward and back at stops. Reached out to the company and they blew me off. Highly do not recommend!
