James and his team are incredible. Loved the ladies at the front desk! They patiently walked us through the confusing steps with our insurance company and car rental and always took our calls to explain where we were in the process. My car came back looking like new! They went above and beyond and are just awesome people.

Just moved from Canada where we don’t have any front license plates (Alberta, specifically) and there were no holes nor a front license plate holder. I contacted regular automotive repair garages, but none would touch it because if it were to get damaged, only a collision repair shop could do the work.
Jimmy did excellent work drilling into the bumper perfectly and making sure that the plate holder was exactly right! The front office was also very polite and helpful getting me an appointment the next morning.
I’m going to bring this shop all my future work!

I first got a hold of Tri Lakes Collision after having ran over a trash bag of lawn clippings (including a huge log!) On the middle of the freeway.

I'm not native to Colorado (but I got here as fast as I could!) And I'm the person in the friend group who could teach you all about musical Theater, healthcare, and video games. What I can't tell you about is cars. My intelligence with cars is nil. Which can make it very intimidating to find help especially in a new state 1,000 miles away from family and friends.

Well let me tell you all my fears were gone after speaking with Gina, the firecracker who runs the front desk. She is so damn nice and has such an awesome personality. She took care of me from the moment I walked in the first time to the moment I left with a fixed vehicle.

And that vehicle was left in the more than capable hands of Mr. Jorge. Jorge is a master of communication and updates. Letting me know what was going on every step of the way.

Ya know ever since 2020 I've noticed a general lethargy among people in the service industry. It seems we are all scraping by doing the bare minimum. We'll imagine my surprise when Jorge didn't just do his job but he went above and beyond. I am so grateful to find that the small town friendliness, courtesy, respect, and hard working attitudes I grew up with are still able to be found and Tri lakes Collision.

I just love the service I have always received at Tri-Lakes Collision. The staff there is very friendly. From the start of getting my estimate from Jorge Visoso to the finish was handled very professionally. I love the flexibility I was offered. My dog chewed up my back seat seatbelts. I ordered my own seatbelts to save money and they installed them for me. It would have cost three times as much at a dealership. I highly recommend this company!

From start to finish, this was a very easy very pleasant experience, especially dealing with a wrecked car. They helped me get the car towed to them. Jorge, the body shop guy who went over the damage, the cost, and reviewed all my options. He was professional, kind, and the first thing he did was ask if everybody was OK in the car accident. Prices are fair. I really appreciate the care and the attention they gave to my car and the help before and after. I highly recommend this business and would definitely take a car back there.
