Very easy to locate the part I needed on their website and they had the part in stock locally. Great transaction and the part was cheaper than the other local parts suppliers.

Spoke with JP trying to find a few parts. he was more helpful in five minutes than the three days I spent on the phone and Internet, chat and text chat with Samsung and all of their third-party vendors, including Sears. I was literally told by one Samsung Rep “I cannot give you the part number because it is something that requires diagnosis and it’s not a DIY fix item” even though it was not a warranty issue and I didn’t need a diagnosis. I live down in the Outer Banks and it is impossible to get appliance help. Norfolk is a drive for me, but I will definitely be dealing with them in the future.

Had an idler pulley go bad on my dryer and looked high and low for a local shop and found Trible’s. Customer service was outstanding and very patient while I did some part number look ups. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and their inventory seems massive and well stocked. I was in and out with my new part in 5 mins. Would definitely recommend for your business needs or for the weekend DIY’er like myself !
