What a pleasure it was to work with Tri Peaks Air. We had a 39 year old cast iron boiler replaced with a new state of the art high efficiency boiler. Try Peaks came in and ensured that the area they were working in was secured and protected, then commenced their work of dismantling the old boiler. They cut out all of the pipes in the boiler room and replaced with new. Vented everything as appropriate and installed the new boiler and all of the associated piping, valves, manifold, control system, everything. It was a long day, but they stayed until everything was complete and running perfectly.
One of the things I noticed about the crew (and there were as many as six different people involved throughout the day), they seemed to love what they do. They were as happy and laughing with each other at 6:00 PM as they were when they got there at 9:00. The whole experience was extremely delightful.
We had gotten several quotes and, right from the start, I knew that Justin was knowledgeable and was going to do a great job. They were definitely not the most expensive and the quality of their work was exceptional.
I hope I never need another boiler, but if I do, Tri Peaks would be my first call.

Tri Peaks Air was one of four estimates I had to install a mini split system and stood out in every aspect. They were able to give me an estimate within 30 minutes of visiting our place. Their estimate came in very fair and they had by far the best labor & parts warranty.

And the install itself went incredibly smoothly. The whole team was super nice and worked hard to make sure the line hide looked tidy in a challenging townhouse environment. Adrian and the rest of their team took time to answer any of my questions and give me options on where the units were placed. And Justin came out and made sure everything was up to his standards post-install. One of the guys accidentally damaged the dust guard on my miter saw and Justin immediately reimbursed me for the whole cost of the saw, which was more than I expected.

Install team professionally completed the furnace / AC unit update. They were courteous (booties worn, plastic down, thorough cleanup) and communicated all of the features and changes. Reminders were written down. Office staff communications were prompt and helpful. The emails and texts, along with e-signing, made the experience easy for me. And, they updated lights at the same time. Highly recommend.

Tri Peaks recently replaced our natural gas hot water tank with a heat pump hot water tank, and coordinated with the electrician for the upgraded main panel swap, at my house here in Boulder. Excellent service in Boulder on a below zero night. It was very cold and there were no available HVAC contractors from any company. When I called Tri Peaks, they were the only company to spend a lot of time troubleshooting with us over the phone. They went the extra mile trying to help us out because they didn't have an available technician. At 8am the following morning, they were at our house and had a new furnace up and running by mid day. Their service, and desire to help along with fair pricing makes me a lifelong customer in the Boulder area.

THANK YOU JUSTIN SO MUCH! My furnace went out 3am with the weather at 5 degrees. I called my typical company in which I have a annual locality subscription with. After giving me the work around I found & called Tri Peaks Air. Justin first tried to troubleshoot via Facetime to hopefully save money and time. Once realizing we'll need a in person he came ASAP. He able to quickly troubleshoot and get the furnace back on. TY TY Justin!
PS. I called my loyalty company to cancel my "Emergency" appointment. They ended the call with "We'll be here for you". I couldn't have laughed harder. I will be canceling my subscription and switching Tri Peaks moving forward.
