Bought a large prime rib roast for thanksgiving here for a very reasonable price that had great marbling and was an absolute hit with the family. Hidden gem in Olympia for anybody looking for some fresh cuts.

This place has friendly staff and good prices. But I've noticed a steep reduction in quality that started right before they reduced their hours. The chicken breasts are much less fresh and have to be used or frozen the day of purchase or risk going bad literally the next day. I bought a bunch of steaks recently and threw them immediately in the freezer and just pulled one out and one side was a moldy green color. Nothing else in the freezer looked like that. I don't know what's going on, but I think I'll be taking a break from this place for a bit and try again later in the hopes it gets resolved soon.

I know the quality of meat that is available from this business. It will be my "go to" location if they ever open a retail counter.

They have had their retail counter open a month or so. Limited hours though during the week so far. Selection small and varies daily, but if you don't see what you want, ask. Counter meat fresh and a freezer area with other items. I always have gotten quality product.

I have loaded here many times. This place is a truckers paradise. Friendly people, wide open parking lot and in and out in 10-20 minutes everytime. Keep up the great work tri city , it is greatly appreciated.
