My sister is a hard worker, probably a better worker then the men working here, growing up on a farm. This sickens me that men are disrespecting young women in this business. Calling them names and being boys.

I started working here and there is a ton of big safty reports that do not get reported at all and the very second I bump into a fence very lightly I get fired?
Good luck keeping hard workers Travis 🙄 your own President has caused the very same kind of damage yet didn't ever get a UA nor get reported ether, you allow a big cry baby to cause more damage and cost you more money in 3 years will refuse to do half his job yet you keep him yet again fire me?
You have way way bigger issues and lost a great hard worker who never complained good luck crew!!

I travel by here on a regular basis and it is cool to watch the fires/furnaces at work, especially in the early morning winter hours.

However, during shift change the employees entering and leaving the plant make driving dangerous. Often pulling out in front of you or zooming off above the speed limit.

Lastly, they maintain a huge stretch of lawn between the plant and the road. What a waste of water and misuse of fertilizer and pesticide. Owners of Travis Foundry, please consider planting something that looks better and uses local plants.
