I have been here for almost 4 1/2 hour and still have not got to leave with my trailer and I have already paid they say they can not give me my money back so I have to wait till the get the brakes fixed but I don’t think they have a clue of what they are doing and I’m still waiting. I think I deserve some sort of compensation. I have already lost $700 in work and making my customers look at me like it’s my fault for not showing up at the job side because they can’t sell a trailer that works. They finally before I left give me 50% off of a debtor down straps and the employees where respectful and tried there best to make it right.

Russel was great!! They were all very nice and very responsive. Pricing was competitive for the 6x10 V nose with a ramp rear door. They went over everything and we will be recommending them to our friends - even though they are 6 hours away!!

Overall decent experience, trailer pulls straight but has a lot of road noise empty, loaded isn’t bad. Could have gotten it cheaper elsewhere with more accessories but the trailer is well built. The workers were helpful, respectful and knowledgeable on there product.

Excellent experience buying a trailer, quick and very informative sales closing. Price was right and they negotiated on the accessories so definitely ask for a little help on them. Be aware of the surcharge on credit cards and the liability waivers if you leave a vehicle but if you are aware it isn’t a big deal. Russell and Nick were extraordinary in the process make sure you say hi to them whether you are just looking or buying.

Great friendly service. Nice trailer but don't go with Rick solid financing unless you want to make multiple trips
